His work spans institutional portfolio strategy, PropTech venture investing, AI-driven underwriting, and public-sector grant capture. He teaches CRE Entrepreneurship at NYU Schack and is a member of ULI's Technology and Innovation Council. Stefan holds an MBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary and a BBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
